Lost Information

So I decided to change my background and used a background from pyzam.com, but in the process I lost all my information and links to friends, so if you are a friend of mine who I used to have on my link and don't anymore, please let me know your blog address again so I can stay in touch! A couple I can remember are Alyssa & Jae, Amber & Noel, Amanda & Rob...Also, how do I prevent this from happening again? Can you change your background and save all your widgets? Techi support needed...
